With twenty-five years of well-rounded experience working across Sydney’s Inner West, Andy has developed a wide area of expertise. From high-rise residential builds to strata and real estate maintenance, covering everything from general repairs through to roof work, he has navigated the plumbing industry. This comprehensive experience equips him with the skills and confidence to solve any plumbing-related challenge.

Though Andy is versatile and has worked on most sides of plumbing, he mostly enjoys drainage work, including dig-and-replace, stormwater and sewer work, and pipe relining.

Andrew has a solid foundation in plumbing and has a deep hands-on expertise in roof drainage and leak investigation. He brings more than twenty years of experience in plumbing, built at companies working on large strata buildings and residential maintenance portfolios. Andrew works mostly across Sydney's Inner West.

Leaks are rarely where they appear. Andrew traces them from both directions — across the roof and internally through the building. This is specially significant in strata properties, where one leak can have an impact on multiple lots. Once Andrew finds the cause, he carries out the repair or replacement himself.

Nick completed his carpentry qualification before moving into the trade of plumbing. This dual background helps him work on roof maintenance with a comprehensive approach. This is because he reads the structure underneath before touching what's on top.

On older Inner West terraces, the framing is often as old as the tiles. Nick works across Sydney's Inner West and specialises in new roof installations and the maintenance of older roofs across both Colorbond and terracotta, along with all associated roof plumbing, maintenance and drainage.

Vince brings extensive experience that helps him solve complex plumbing-related issues. He started out on the roofing side of plumbing, with hands-on experience in roof replacement and maintenance. After joining Sewer Surgeon, Vince broadened his skill set, mastered underground work and now holds a senior position in pipe relining.

He handles the full range: sectional patching and targeted repairs where only part of a line has failed, through to complete inversion rehabilitation where a pipe needs end-to-end pipe relining solutions. It's precise work that involves repairs without any excavation, and demands high-level expertise.

Antonio’s scope of work is primarily focused on new construction across both residential and commercial projects. As a Senior Construction Plumber, his work runs from single houses through to large-scale commercial builds.

Construction plumbing is a specialised trade involving rough-in, hydraulic set-out, coordinating around other trades and passing inspection first time. Antonio is not only an expert in construction plumbing but also completes every project on schedule. This is primarily the reason builders keep calling him back for all plumbing-related work.

Jarrad is a senior plumbing specialist who specialises in all kinds of plumbing challenges across residential and commercial strata properties. From new builds to the ongoing maintenance of older buildings, he has a broad skill set in plumbing.

Blocked drains and leak investigations are areas where most of his time is dedicated. Older strata stock throws up both constantly. These have decades-old drainage lines, shared services, and leaks that need thorough inspection. Jarrad diagnoses the cause rather than clearing the symptom and offers long-term solutions.

It has been five years since Ayman joined the plumbing industry, but he has quickly picked up skills across many aspects of the trade. He started with new residential builds before mastering drainage work. He now specialises in blocked drains and has gained a strong edge in two ways of fixing them: traditional dig-and-replace where a line is beyond saving, and pipe relining where it can be rehabilitated in place without tearing up a driveway or garden. Knowing which job calls for which situation is a major skill. This truly aligns with Ayman’s core strength.

Lisa is a versatile operator, offering behind-the-scenes support to make sure every project runs seamlessly without disruption. She handles scheduling, site access, matches the right technician to the work, and the paperwork of strata and real estate jobs.

Most of her time is dedicated to confirming windows, chasing access, and making sure the customers are updated with every detail of the job. This is important for strata work in particular, where a single job can involve an owner, a tenant and a managing agent. This expertise in coordination is what stops a straightforward repair turning into three weeks of back-and-forth communication.

Alex is responsible for managing the operational side of Sewer Surgeon. He allocates jobs across the team, manages the crews on the road, and is the escalation point when the required work goes beyond what the booking had suggested.

His role revolves around taking major decisions related to sequencing and resourcing, including analysing which technician is best suited for a job and the realistic needs of a site. He also prevents emergency call-outs from derailing the day's schedule. Alex also handles quality control, which means he holds accountability for the standard of work for every project.
