Pipe Relining

Pipe relining is a trenchless pipe repair solution that allows you to fix your broken pipes without causing further damage to your yard or property. It is a no dig pipe repair method that was created to solve most of the homeowners’ concerns when they have broken pipes.

The major difference between traditional pipe repair and pipe relining is that there’s minimal disturbance to your landscape and structure. This means there’s virtually no digging required, and therefore no further damage to your property.

To give you a better idea on how the pipe relining process is completed, make sure you read the below steps before you choose pipe relining over pipe replacement.

  • The pipes are checked and inspected to examine the extent of the damage. This involves cleaning the blocked pipes, and ensuring any solid or large blockages are removed including tree roots. Typically a high pressure water blaster is used during this process as we want to make sure there’s a good surface on the pipe walls for the resin to set.
  • Another final check is performed in order to make sure that the pipes are ready to be relined, typically using state-of-the-art CCTV inspection cameras. Now, the length of the lining is determined from the length of the pipes, as well as the extent of the damage to them.
  • After determining the length of the damaged section of pipe, it is relined with resin. This resin cures in place over a 1-2 hour period, forming a solid lining within the pipe.
  • The pipe relining process is now complete. Final inspections are performed and tests are completed to make sure your pipes are in working order.

Our relining process has an extended warranty and we can confidently say that the new cured in place pipe that has been created will be more durable and eliminates common pipe problems in the future such as root intrusion, cracking, pipe separation and misaligned joints.

Homeowners and business owners can get at least another 50 years of peace of mind knowing their drains won’t act up again in the near future.
